Abubakar Sulaiman is a multilingual media and technology professional with over seven years of experience in digital communication, AI innovation, and information access. He specializes in leveraging IT tools and artificial intelligence to create inclusive, community-driven solutions that address real-world challenges.At Clear Global, Abubakar worked as a Conversational Designer, leading the creation of a multilingual Text-to-Speech (TTS) chatbot in Hausa, Kanuri, and Shuwa. In this role, he collaborated with engineers and linguists to train AI systems, design conversational flows, and ensure culturally relevant communication.

His work demonstrated how artificial intelligence can bridge information gaps and empower communities with limited digital access Previously, as Hausa Content Lead for Translators Without Borders’ chatbot project, Abubakar helped design AI-driven communication strategies that improved user engagement and access to reliable information in humanitarian contexts. He has also developed digital content strategies for websites, podcasts, and social media.Currently serving as an Audio-Visual Content Producer with Clear Global, Abubakar continues to blend media production with technology, using digital tools and analytics to enhance reach and impact. His career spans collaborations with Media & international NGOs, where he has consistently combined human-centered design with cutting-edge IT solutions. Fluent in Hausa, English, Abubakar holds a B.Sc. in Mass Communication from Bayero University, Kano, and is pursuing a Master’s in International Affairs and Diplomacy.
