Treasurer
Sheriff brings over 40 years of finance and management leadership to his role as Treasurer of AITI. An ACCA-qualified accountant with a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Maiduguri and further training in London, he built his career across public service and private enterprise, from the Chad Basin Development Authority and Ernst & Young International to senior roles as Managing Director of Kanem Group of Companies and General Manager of Newworks Solutions & Investment Limited.
Today, he serves as Chairman/CEO of Seedy Enterprises Nigeria Limited and Principal Consultant at Salma Associates, with additional leadership roles at Metromeals Global Resources, Blended Initiative for Human Service, and Al-Ilmu Educational Foundation. His decades of financial stewardship and governance experience position him to oversee AITI’s financial health and accountability as the organisation grows. He enjoys nature watching and reading.
